  2. I am glad that Dr. Plourde mentioned (in team meeting) that these look-fors are elements that we will be discussing and improving on throughout the year. I love the idea of going into other classrooms. Some of the best ideas that I have implemented this year have been from my co-workers. This should help us to continue to gain a better understanding of each look-for.

  3. What a great way to show information! I really enjoyed seeing the examples because it gives me some more ideas of ways to make my teaching and activities more aligned with our SIP.

  5. I really like the opportunity to go into other teacher's classrooms. Many times I feel that we miss out on the chance to learn from each other because we just plain run out of time to do something like this. There have been a few times when I have needed to ask another teacher something quickly and enjoy seeing what they are working on and asking questions...thank you for the opportunity.

  7. Great example of "what to look for" when validating the exciting activity that is going on in classrooms. The learning is applicable and meaningful.

  9. Many of the best ideas I've incorporated in my classroom have come from other teachers and classrooms......mainly from informal conversations. I believe that it is very important to learn from the experience of others.

  10. I really appreciated the time to visit other classrooms and put a drop in someone's bucket. There are so many great displays in classrooms that showed rigorous and authentic work. Keep it up Wilson!

  12. I enjoyed going around and visiting each other's classrooms today. It was rather fun to put the drop in someone's bucket (even Dave Adams!) Loved his fraction bug idea! Seeing things from other classrooms gives us great ideas for our own! Good job Wilson! Keep it up!

  13. I really appreciated the time set aside to go into one another's classrooms. Giving the drops in the bucket was fun and it is so helpful to get to steal ideas from one another.

  14. I agree with those above that being given time to look in other classrooms was very much appreciated. I was able to take some good ideas away from others and also able to reflect on areas I can make better in my own class regarding lookfors.
